Y Beudy is a traditional Welsh 18th century stone built long barn built converted with comfort and luxury in mind, with the possibility of sleeping 8 in three bedrooms. Upstairs a galleried king size bedroom looks out over the
exceptional view through the large glassed gable end and has access to the family room, which has 3 single beds (that can be joined to form 1 King size and 1 single) via the shared bathroom. Both rooms have separate access to the shared ensuite (bath with shower over, basin and WC). On the groundfloor there is a further kingsize bedroom with a single sofa bed for child, an ensuite (bath with shower over, basin and WC), and a further WC with washbasin. A combination of the original character combined with modern amenities, the large vaulted ceiling of the openplan living area exudes light and space but also feels snug and comfortable with its exposed oak beams, oak flooring and under floor heating. The fitted kitchen contains an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and there is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. The dining area and sitting area have 3 steps down to the sun lounge with French doors leading to the outside decked sitting area, garden furniture, BBQ, hot tub (for 6 people), lawned garden with spectacular mountain views. Tyddyn Lliw has a wash room and a large open plan kitchen and living area on the first floor; velux roof windows creating a light and airy feel. The fully equipped and fitted kitchen also has a dishwasher & washer/dryer and from the living room, patio doors open onto a small veranda with breathtaking views over the horse paddock to the Aran mountain. The two bedrooms, 1 double & 1 twin are on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are ensuite, each with a shower over the bath, w.c and washbasin. The private hot tub is located out side under the trees in the garden. There is also a BBQ. Wi-fi available. Child minding service available.

There is a private hot tub and patio area from which to enjoy the breathtaking views; over the horse paddock to the Aran mountain on one side and to the other, the orchard and mountain.
