Crew Yard Barn a large grade 2 listed barn has been tastefully renovated to high 21st century standards. Many of the original features such as interior beams remain. The property sleeps 10 in 5 large en-suite bedrooms including 6 foot super kingsize and 5 foot kingsize beds.
This property is an ideal meeting place for large families or friends to stay as a central spot from different areas of the country. There are good road and rail links, Downham Market being 3 miles away with a direct rail line to London Kings Cross. Within 40 minutes driving distance of the North Norfolk Coast, Norwich, Ely and Cambridge are all within 1 hour's drive, there is plenty to do and see for everyone. The Royal Sandringham House and Estate, Church Farm Rare Breeds Centre and Sea Life Centre are also all close by. There are numerous walks and good cycleways. The owner of the holiday house is a member of Hunstanton and Royal West Norfolk Golf Clubs and it may be possible to organise a game of golf around one of those well known courses.
There is also fishing available on the farm reservoir.
The surrounding area has numerous pubs and restaurants serving local and traditional ales and food all within 5 miles.
Crew Yard Barn has a downstairs twin bedroom, ideal for the more elderly or less mobile guests. There are a numerous amount of things to do including a hard tennis court, hot tub, 6ft. snooker table underneath the dining table, table tennis. Also provided is Sky television, Wi-Fi, heating, all bed linen, towels, etc.
