This beautifully restored property dates from the 1600’s, maintaining its original style including 2 inglenook fireplaces with exposed stone walls, a bread oven, timber framed walls, oak floors, doors and beams, and original flagstones.
The ground floors are home to a large dining room, including an Aga, a drawing room leading to large private gardens, a raised conservatory above the patio, a modern spacious fitted kitchen, and utility, as well as the Master suite containing a 6 foot mahogany four poster bed with en-suite bathroom. There is also the Garden Bedroom which is a twin/double bedroom with vaulted ceiling and French windows looking out towards the garden and a shower en-suite. Toad Hall is a substantial luxury stone property with 6 en-suite bedrooms. It is set in its own grounds with a large private garden and lawns stretching out towards the Wenlock Edge.
Graded as Four Star Gold it has been completely renovated by skilled master-craftsmen, using the best traditional techniques and features include brick and timber feature walls, a solid oak staircase and extensive use of traditional oak floors and doors throughout.
There are two ground floor bedrooms: Muriel, which can be a double or twin, has an en-suite shower room and Alice, which can be a triple or double & single, has an en-suite bathroom.

Eaton Cottage is the perfect country cottage set in its own large gardens in a beautiful and secluded location with views out over the valley.
It has a ground floor double/twin bedroom with a shower room and toilet nearby. On the first floor is one double/twin bedroom, one twin bedroom and a double bedroom, plus a large family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.
The kitchen is handmade from oak and leads out to the sun room with views of the large garden. There is a separate sitting room with log burning stove.
This property also benefits from its own private pool situated in the grounds. This is a covered and heated 7m x 4m pool, which is exclusively for guests staying at Eaton Cottage and is open from April to October.
Please note: no dogs are allowed in this property.

Curlew Cottage is a spectacularly renovated property set in its own private grounds, with a large garden and lawns running down to Eaton Brook. This beautifully appointed single storey property has 4 double / twin bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Both the dining and living rooms have French doors opening out onto the patio and gardens, giving wonderful views over the Stretton Hills. There is also private parking for over 4 vehicles.
Curlew Cottage can also be hired in conjunction with The Manor House, to make full use of The Manor House’s dining room facilities for up to 18 people.
The National Accessible Scheme has assessed Curlew Cottage as Mobility 1 therefore it is suitable for those with reduced mobility.

The bedroom has a 6 foot double bed or twin beds and the bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower.
The dining/sitting room opens out to the south facing private patio, with views out over the valley.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped also with stunning views.
This property is a 5 minute walk from the shared swimming pool.

The Eaton Manor Group is a collection of three properties, out of the six on the estate, that are close to each other. They are The Manor House, Toad Hall and Curlew Cottage and they are situated approximately 50 metres apart along the private drive and each have their own large private garden.
In total the three properties can sleep up to 36 and so hiring them together is ideal for large family celebrations and reunions.
Toad Hall can be set up to dine up to 28 and if you would like catering our chef can provide full catering for the whole stay or for just part of it. Three or four course dinners, breakfasts and buffet lunches are all available - let us know what you would like and we can arrange it.
Both Toad Hall and Curlew Cottage are suitable for those with reduced mobility, having been assessed as Mobility 1 by the National Accessible Scheme.
