Hoste Barn has been sympathetically restored maintaining all its vernacular past whilst incorporating many modern features. It sits in the beautiful landscaped gardens and grounds of the 16th century wool merchant’s manor house, which won the Graham Allen Award for Conservation.
Hoste Barn is ideally situated to explore the North Norfolk coast, the Norfolk Broads and the cathedral city of Norwich, all within about 20 minutes by car. Standing in unspoilt countryside, not far from the National Trust's Blickling and Felbrigg estates, Hoste Barn has a number of excellent restaurants and pubs nearby.
Hoste Barn is a stunning property featuring throughout a 50ft vaulted, original timber framed roof, giving an immense sense of space and light from all perspectives. Antique yorkstone flags, oak and granite blend harmoniously throughout.

This 16th century thatched barn has been lovingly converted into a very special building, a mixture of old and modern, providing a very different residential experience. As you enter through the huge threshing doors you immediately become aware of the immense sense of space. Within the entrance there is a small cosy snug linked to an open plan English oak bespoke kitchen. The kitchen leads through into the huge sitting area with fire and large plasma TV with cinema surround sound. Off the kitchen is the downstairs bedroom and large en suite shower room. Upstairs there is the master bedroom sitting amongst the timbers of the original timber roof also with en suite bathroom. Outside is a spacious terrace with barbecue, overlooking the large garden.
