Newton Cottages are 100 metres from the beach in the lovely village of Newton by the Sea, one of Northumberland’s most pretty seaside villages; both cottages have sea views. The Ship Inn, listed in the Good Pub Guide, serves excellent evening meals and lovely simple fresh lunches and is a two minute walk from the cottages. They brew their own superb beer in a micro-brewery behind the pub.
Embleton Bay lies around the corner to the south and beyond that is the pretty little fishing village of Craster. Beadnell Bay is round Newton Point to the north and beyond that is Seahouses and Bamburgh. Newton is a stunning location from which to explore this wonderful coastline on foot or by car.
Completely refurbished in 2007, Haven and Cullernose Cottages offer 5 star comforts in relaxing surroundings complete with all the modern facilities required for a perfect holiday.
Each identical luxury cottage sleeps up to six guests or up to twelve if rented together.
