Priory Barn is tucked away within the village of Redgrave on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, 5 miles from Diss. The centre of the village is like an historic picture postcard, marked by “The Knoll”, this attractive village green with an historic oak tree and a pond which provides a home to wild ducks and other wildlife. The village green is surrounded by a number of attractive thatched buildings, including the quaint beamed local pub, the Cross Keys. Also in the centre of the village is the Community Shop, now open 7 days a week, thanks to the continuing efforts of more than 30 villagers. Redgrave is served by 3 churches, the spectacular Grade 1 listed St Mary’s on the outskirts of the village. The nationally recognised Redgrave and Lopham Fen, home to the very rare Raft Spider, is only one mile away.
LIVING – An atmospheric room with original beams to relax in, 2 sofas & 2 armchairs.

EATING – Kitchen looks on to the dining area which sits 10 with wood burning stove. Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, utensils, tea towels. It is also stocked with essentials such as olive oil, butter, semi-skimmed milk, tea, coffee, etc (enough to get you started).
SLEEPING – There are 2 downstairs bedrooms sharing a shower room (one double and a twin/super king). Upstairs there are 2 double rooms with en-suites. Both these rooms have a day bed suitable for a child under 10 years to sleep in. Also room for a cot. 100% cotton linen is provided along with slippers, luxury white towels and complimentary French toiletries.
OUTSIDE – Patio area directly outside kitchen/dining room. Garden at the front, plenty of room to play plus you can exit the back gate which joins the recreation ground with a cricket pitch and children’s play area.
HEATING – Ground floor - underfloor heating (except games room). Wood burning stove - dining area. Central heating - games room, both upstairs bedrooms.
