Winners of over a dozen awards, including ‘Best Self Catering Holiday for the whole of England’, we have established a reputation for supplying only the best accommodation for families with young children.
We put as much thought into our cottages as we do our own home. In fact two of them have been homes of ours in the past!
Our interiors are stylish, our sofas and beds are comfy and our showers are powerful. You will find everything you need in your kitchen to produce a sumptuous 4 course meal or a stress free kiddies tea (plastic crockery provided).
Most cottages have been converted from traditional stone barns around a central courtyard. Mellow oak beams complement all the living areas plus the Cornish stone fire places in many give lots of character.
We nestle on the edge of the Fowey valley with fantastic walks straight from your front door down to the river and the picturesque creek side village of Lerryn.
There are stunning beaches and coastal walks only 20 minutes away and despite our quiet location we are very central for exploring the whole of Cornwall.
Eden Project is only 15 minutes away and the small town of Lostwithiel with its narrow streets and fine Georgian buildings boasting a wide range of eateries and specialist shops is only 5 minutes away.
Our heated indoor pool and centrally heated cottages make a holiday here at any time of the year a complete treat. Children will love the daily animal feeding run with Farmer Tim, and our games room has a toddler sandpit and slide, plus table tennis, snooker and table football. The outdoor play area and especially the giant trampoline are always a big hit.
We also have a fantastic new soft play room with comfy chairs, coffee machine and daily papers for you the parents to enjoy while your children play happily. You may never want to leave!

A true country cottage with its own very private garden. The cosy living room has a woodburner whilst the conservatory is a fantastic place to sit with a glass of wine. We love this house, but then we’re biased, we used to live here!
