The Old Gallery, with five bedrooms and sleeping ten people, is ideal for an extended family group or a gathering of friends.

Situated in what was the Victorian picture gallery, there is parking immediately adjacent and the garden (with courtyard bench seating and table) is surrounded by picket fence to keep youngsters safe.

The Old Gallery has an M2 accessibility rating with two downstairs bedrooms and bathroom. This makes it suitable for guests who have limited mobility or need wheelchair access.

There's a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, ceramic hob, full sized fan oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area is situated by large windows where you can enjoy the vista through our gates straight out onto Ilkley Moor. The lounge area has comfortable sofas with a selection of books and games for your entertainment.

The Old Gallery has a CD stereo, Virgin Media multi-channel cable television, radio and catch-up services, free SuperHub wi-fi, i-Pod docking and DVD player.

There are two ground floor bedrooms - one with a king-sized bed and the other a single. There is a ground floor family bathroom.

Upstairs are three further bedrooms including a large family en-suite room (super-king and single or can be made up as three single beds). There is also space for a cot and this bedroom has remote control Freeview TV.

At the opposite end are two bedrooms – a double and twin. These rooms can be interlinked with an en-suite shower room, making them ideal for a family of four. All bedrooms have a clock radio and hairdryer and there's a direct dial telephone and answering machine.

Originally the housekeepers cottage, Orchard is ideal for a young family with it's own children's play den.

The dining area looks out onto the sunny courtyard. The Main House

The Main House includes spacious accommodation on three floors of the Grade II Listed Westwood Lodge along with access to the top floor tower and roof garden and The Cellars leisure area on the lower ground floor. There is an enclosed private garden at the rear plus reserved parking for up to five vehicles (in two rows) next to the front entrance.

The Main House has been carefully restored to its Victorian glory with elegant plaster coving, stylish neo-gothic arches and encaustic tiled lobby flooring. The Victorian charm is evident throughout, with tall ceilings, restored sash windows, open fireplaces and swags and tails adorning the main sitting room windows. The entrance to the house is up wide and welcoming stone steps, through the porch with its stained glass doorway, and on into the spacious reception hallway. The Day Room has large comfortable sofas and a multi-fuel burner in the large fireplace with a bay window overlooking the terrace and across Wharfedale. There is a bookcase with a selection of books, games and CDs. The Sitting Room has further relaxed seating and looks up to the magnificent French-polished staircase which leads to the first floor, past the glorious stained glass window featuring Faith and Hope.

The second lobby off the hallway has access to the laundry room and ground floor toilet and leads on through the bold red Raspberry Room into the large dining kitchen. The kitchen centres on a big oak table, surrounded by rich, cream Murdoch Troon furniture, a deep Belfast sink, an AGA for relaxed cooking and a modern halogen hob. There’s a microwave, dishwasher, American-style freezer and fridge, and a walk-in pantry with plenty of storage space for groceries and drinks. There’s a choice for dining. The Victorian kitchen table seats 10 with a further 6 at the old pine table in the adjoining Raspberry Room. There is a separate large dining room to seat 20.

In The Main House there are five large bedrooms on the first floor, two of which are en-suite. There is an en-suite kingsize double, a family en-suite (4-poster double plus single), a family room for 3 (double plus single), a family room for 4 (king size double plus adult sized bunks) and a twin bedroom. All the first floor bedrooms enjoy views across Wharfedale and into Nidderdale, up into The Yorkshire Dales National Park or onto Ilkley Moor. The family bathroom has a large multi-jet shower and separate bath.

The Wharfedale Rooms are accessed by a private internal staircase and comprises two further en-suite bedrooms sleeping 4 and 2. The double/twin room has its own kitchenette and is ideal for a very young family needing a fridge for baby milk or to make very early morning breakfast for toddlers! It is also ideal for an elderly couple retiring early from family celebrations to enjoy a quiet pot of tea!
