The luxury accommodation offers a comfortable “home from home” for sitting, relaxing and watching the view or as a retreat for exploring the beauty of Norfolk and Suffolk, with so much on offer for all.
The choice is almost endless - the historic city of Norwich, the Norfolk Broads, over 100 miles of beaches, Thetford Forest, village greens and country pubs, micro breweries, excellent restaurants and tea shops, great walking and cycling, adventure and wildlife parks, bird watching, petting farms and zoos, golf courses (12 within as many miles).

The spacious and well appointed accommodation in the Barn comprises on the ground floor (there are no internal changes of level on the ground floor) 2 double bedrooms (one en-suite), 2 twin bedrooms, 2 further bathrooms (one is a "wet room"), an open plan kitchen, dining area and comfy seating area with log burner. On the upper floor it has 2 double bedrooms (one en-suite), a further bathroom and a large sitting room. It has ample off road parking and its own fenced garden overlooking our paddocks.

Stable Cottage offers spacious and well appointed accommodation for up to six guests plus infants.
The ground floor (which has no internal changes of level) has two double bedrooms (one en-suite), a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, farmhouse kitchen and living room with log burner. A hayloft provides a further seating area overlooking the farmhouse kitchen
The cottage is centrally heated, with double glazing throughout. It has ample off road parking and its own fenced lawned garden and large area of overlooking our paddocks.
