Woodland Views Holiday cottages are luxury 18th century barn conversions in the rural retreat of Marchington Woodlands, near Uttoxeter on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire border. They offer the opportunity to view both counties without having to travel far.
The cottages give visitors the chance to relax and take things easy, whilst embracing the beautiful countryside around or alternatively, for those seeking a more active holiday there are country walks on the doorstep.
Both cottages have been lovingly restored in a neutral colour scheme leaving existing rafter beams exposed.
Sudbury Hall, Alton Towers, Tutbury Castle and Uttoxeter racecourse are a few of the many local attractions. The “Potteries” has many family attractions including Waterworld, Wedgewood and Royal Doulton visitor centres. The towns of Uttoxeter, Stafford, Derby and Ashbourne are within easy reach.
