Compact and full of charm.The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first floor is a single open plan bedroom with bathroom. The spacious master bedroom is on the top floor. An outside table and chairs allow for summertime use.

Linhay Lodge has its own private driveway, garden and west facing verandah. Its exposed beams and high ceiling give it a sense of light and space, Stone floors are warmed by underfloor heating. At one end of the living room is the kitchen which boasts granite worktops and an American style fridge-freezer, while the other leads through a doorway to a bedroom and up some steps to a bathroom with an in-bath jacuzzi. Off the upstairs gallery, which runs the full length of the cottage,you will find the twin bunk bedroom with its ensuite shower.

Adjacent to Ducks Nest, Quarry's stable doors open into a snug living/dining area which leads into a Shaker style kitchen, which includes dishwasher and freezer. Upstairs is the large master bedroom, bathroom and twin bedroom. Quarry and Duck's Nest can be used as a two family dwelling connected by an attractive inner door. On the terrace is an outdoor wooden table and chairs and sun umbrella, overlooking beautiful countryside.

Set apart from the other cottages,this converted Carpenter Oak barn is full of character and warmth. The open plan ground floor with its expanse of living, kitchen and dining area, American fridge freezer, including separate WC, has French windows which open onto a wooden deck with garden furniture, bbq and parasol. The Barn Lodge also has a small fenced in garden. The bedrooms master and twin and main bathroom are located on the spacious upper floor.

The Mangers boasts a spacious open plan living area with an open fire place. It's verandah with table and chairs, sun umbrella and bbq overlook the valley and tennis court. The kitchen and dining area is large and stairs lead to the light and airy master bedroom, bathroom and twin bedroom with spaces for cots.

Cartwheel Cottage is large and spacious, leading from the outside decking with its table and chairs,sun umbrella and bbq its front door opens into the living area with an inviting open fireplace; this leads into the kitchen which contains a convenient and large kitchen island and dining area. Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom, which is large airy and bright with exposed beams and the twin bedroom, suitable for cots and the bathroom.

The Stables can be entered by two stable doors,one leading to a pretty courtyard and the other to a private south facing terrace, bbq, table, chairs and sun umbrella. With its open plan living/dining and kitchen area, the cottage feels light, airy and spacious. The master bedroom with its bathroom are also on the ground floor. Upstairs features two further twin bedrooms and a bathroom.

Flear's largest and most luxurious guest house is a stunning solid oak barn which has an Enjoy England Gold Award. It has a huge open plan space which includes the living, dining and kitchen areas. A large wood burning stove welcomes you into the living area where there is a large plasma TV. The state of the art kitchen includes a dual-fuel country style cooking range, plus extensive granite worktops. The lower floor includes three bedrooms each ensuite. The master bedroom,with its American king size bed leads into the ensuite bathroom with Italian tiling which includes a love shower and a jacuzzi bath. Its private outdoor area includes an expanse of decking with attractive white wooden garden furniture with parasol and stylish gas outdoor cooking range. Orchard Lodge overlooks a beautiful apple orchard.

Tucked away in the corner of the courtyard the Stalls is spread over three floors. Its stable door opens into the ground floor with a Shaker style kitchen on one side and the living/dining area on the other. It's traditional exposed beams and old wood burning fire make this a cosy-homely space. Stairs lead up from the open plan kitchen to the master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and to two twin rooms and a shower room on the top floor.

The Granary has its own southeast facing verandah. Newly refurbished kitchen with slate floor leading to the dining area. The separate living area boasts beautiful restored beams. Upstairs is the first floor master bedroom,with views of the wood, a bathroom and second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The spacious third twin bedroom on the top floor has its own en-suite shower.

Set in over 1/2 an acre of gardens overlooking the valley, stream and pond you enter the house through a pillared entrance leading directly into the dining hall which has a large inglenook fireplace. The ground floor also boasts a large living room and a separate lounge and from the family kitchen there is access to the downstairs w.c. and boot room and also to outside where there is a secure courtyard and sun terraces. The Grand Staircase leads up to a galleried landing with utility/boot room and on to the huge master suite which has a 6ft bed, own dressing room and an ensuite with jacuzzi bath, double shower and twin basins. There are two other spacious en suite bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with an adjacent shower room and W.C. A private outside heated swimming pool and the use of all of the leisure facilities of the Flear Country Cottage complex.
