The Garden Rooms faces South West and the views across the private terrace. We did not want to compromise the space and have consequently designed a space for two (or possibly two with a small baby). You walk up the stone steps to the rooms and the Italianate terraced area and then through the double doors into the solid oak floored living area. Here, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch, Neff and Franke appliances which are housed in and under the granite work surfaces. A separate boot room houses a washing machine and microwave. In the sitting room relax on the Bergere sofa, in front of the woodburner, with a 23' flat screen television with Freesat Sky, a DVD and Hi-Fi. A set of double doors lead past a separate toilet and bathroom offering both a bath and a shower, with under floor heating. The bedroom has family size bed (200 x 220cm!) made from sustainable wood and ecclectic antique furniture chosen to suit the room and the atmosphere.  The terrace offers a wonderful place to eat Al Fresco or to BBQ! Relax while you are here - that is what we would like you to do!!

The Lawn Apartment has a large private balcony from which the lawns stretch directly out. There is a double bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedded room with a second bathroom. An open plan living space has been segregated into separate spaces with a large hand built fitted wooden sofa covered in sumptuous cushions. When the day is over and the beach has worn you out, then relax in the peace of our gardens while the barbecue slowly cooks your local Sea Bass! Alternatively, after an autumnal walk, return to the warmth of the wood burning stove. The Lawn Rooms has its own private under-cover parking - useful for the hot as well as the cold days! Master Bedroom with an en-suite shower room faces south-west overlooking the ponds and has an antique English oak double bed and French walnut wardrobe. The second bedroom has a pair of Belgian walnut single beds which can (if you ask us) be fitted together to form another double bed. The main bathroom serves this room which has both a bath and shower with under floor heating.

The Coach House is a holiday cottage hidden away from the other retreats up the valley. It offers even greater privacy than the others but still with the lure of the town only some five minutes walk away. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and therefore accommodates 6 people. There is a large main bedroom with en-suite and massive walk in shower.  There are two other bedrooms for two people each - one with bunk beds and the other a standard size double.  A family bathroom with a bath and a shower completes the downstairs. Upstairs there is all the space you need for enjoying the evenings.  Outside in the summer, the terrace runs the full length of the Coach House.  Inside in the winter there are comfortable sofas with Vanessa Arbuthnott fabrics rich in shades and patterns to draw the gardens into the house. It has a 23' flat screen television with Freesat Sky, a DVD and a Hi-Fi to choose from or a good reading book!

The Royal House is noted for its high Edwardian ceilings, chandeliers and elegant windows. It has an expansive drawing room with a Boudoir Grand Piano, 32’ screen TV and comfortable seating for eight, leading out onto the balcony. The spacious kitchen diner has been fitted to a high specification and includes an Aga, double sided wood burning stove, TV and Hi-fi. This room leads to a sunny private terrace, in part shaded by an acacia tree. In addition, there is a separate utility room with Whirlpool 9kg washer and drier. Up the sweeping wide staircase you reach the three bedrooms (master en-suite shower room) and family bathroom. All rooms have magnificent views across the gardens and to the fields beyond.
