Situated in a picturesque valley in South East Cornwall between the towns of Bodmin and Lostwithiel. The property overlooks the National Trust’s Lanhydrock House and Gardens and is surrounded by woodland, riverside walks and stunning scenery.

The Eden Project is less than 20 minutes away, other fantastic gardens within easy reach are The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trelissick and also Pencarrow House.

The picturesque fishing villages of Charlestown, Fowey, Mevagissey, and Padstow are all close by. There are many amenities within easy reach watersports, fishing, canoeing, cycle trails and 2 golf courses.

Lostwithiel is just minutes away and offers many pubs and restaurants.

Conveniently located for both North and South coast beaches and for exploring all this wonderful county has to offer.

Inside the spacious lounge and dining room is charming, with beamed ceilings, handsome slate floor with luxurious underfloor heating. Sumptuous leather sofas surround the enormous wood burner (all logs included) perfect for relaxing comfortably before the impressive home entertainment system, which includes a widescreen plasma TV with DVD, wireless broadband and Wii console complete with games.

A spacious bespoke kitchen is fully equipped with a large range electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridge and freezer.

The 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms, two are doubles and the others are twin rooms, although they can be zipped together to create 6ft king size beds if required all have flat screen TVs and are fully en-suite, two enjoy Jacuzzi baths, with drench showers above and the others are wet rooms, one of which is mobility level 3 assisted.

Brean Park is suitable for those with restricted mobility.

All linen and towels (except beach) are included.
