Stay in our comfortable award-winning barns in 111/2 acres, converted from a dairy farm previously owned by the same family for over 300 years. Our animals are for all to enjoy whether it is feeding the animals or collecting eggs.
Situated on the Cornwall/Devon border with easy access to sandy beaches, coast and woodland walks. Attractions throughout Cornwall and Devon are within a day trip.
West Woolley Farm is great for family holidays, there are seven beaches within a fifteen minute drive, all sandy and excellent for surfing, sunbathing or making sand castles.
Come relax and unwind on one of our special off season breaks with easy access to the South West Coast Path or try the invigorating walk from your cottage, through a wooded valley, to the coast.
The mild climate makes this part of the Cornwall coast ideal for holidays all year round with spectacular starry skies and dramatic sunsets over the rugged coastline to the sea.
Our aim is to provide excellent holiday accommodation for all our guests whilst minimising the environmental impact on this unspoilt part of Cornwall.
All the cottages maintain a traditional feel, each comfortably furnished and well equipped for a relaxing home from home stay. The wobbly rooflines of the courtyard cottages have been left intact, with the ceilings open to the boarded rafters.

These old stables were formerly used to house calves and nursing mums who were in need of some space! Visually stunning, as you walk through the vast door, the central space is full height from floor to raftered ceiling. Two rustic, open plan staircases lead to mezzanine floors either side - one to a sitting room under the eaves and the other to a twin bedded room, with the beds tucked under the roof trusses. Downstairs there is the main bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room, a further twin-bedded room and family bathroom. The fully fitted kitchen, large dining area and a further snug sitting area completes the downstairs space. Antique pine furniture, comfortable sofas and beds, complement the colour-washed walls to give a country feel to this cosy barn. |
