Peace and tranquillity within easy reach of the coast and the moors makes Fletcher’s Combe ideal for your relaxing holiday or break in the heart of the South Devon countryside. The South Hams has many of the best beaches in the country with Blackpool Sands and Slapton 20 minutes away whilst the naval town of Dartmouth, market town of Kingsbridge and sailing centre of Salcombe are all within 30 minutes drive. Totnes, alternative capital of the West and famous for its eclectic and independent selection of shops is 5 miles away and the village of Harbertonford, just 5 minutes away, has a great shop and Post Office, pub and garage.

The size and layout of Fletcher’s makes it ideal for family gatherings, friends’ reunions and celebrations. We can arrange catering, food shopping, transport and special events to suit your party.

Inside there are five double and two twin or double bedrooms with five bath or shower rooms and a cloakroom. Four of the bedrooms have doors opening direct on to the garden terrace and all are individually furnished to a high standard. All linen and towels as well as complimentary toiletries are provided.

The main lounge overlooks the garden and has ample seating for fourteen whilst the dining room features a wood burning stove (logs provided) and adjoins the kitchen with its Rangemaster five burner/double oven cooker, dishwasher, two fridges, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, combi microwave and bottle cooler.

There are two televisions with Sky and Freeview, DVD/video, CD player and a big selection of board games, books, videos and DVDs. There is unlimited free WiFi internet access.

Outside the stepped terrace with dining and lounger outdoor furniture, giant chess set and two barbecues (fuel provided) leads to the fully enclosed garden at the end of which is a fenced stream and children’s play area with swings, slide and sandpit. Also in the grounds are a games room with table tennis, table football, darts and six mountain bikes for guest use with space for secure storage of your own sports equipment. The furnished treehouse overlooks the barns and the parking area with space for eight+ cars and a petanque court. The barns are surrounded by some sixty acres of farmland to which guests have access.
