Hembury Court is situated in a beautiful rural location, one mile from the famous thatched village of Broadhembury with its delightful pub and shop. It is the perfect place to explore all that Devon has to offer, being easily accessible to the Jurassic coast, Dartmoor and Exmoor.
The five star cottages and additional facilities are a recent development and display a fine example of Devon craftsmanship. The cottages are built and equipped to a very high standard and have everything required for a luxurious, relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Stay in one of our four cottages which sleep two, four, five or six people (plus cots) and enjoy the quality finishes of oak, granite and terracotta. In addition to all that the individual cottages have to offer, Hembury Court has many extra facilities for the guests to enjoy, including a huge games room, large hot tub surrounded by decking, fitness suite, barbecue veranda, games lawns and a stunning communal lounge.
There are three ways to enjoy the Hembury Court experience:
- The cottages can be rented individually by the week in the school holidays.
- The cottages can be rented individually for mid week breaks outside of the school holidays.
- All the cottages, sleeping 17, can be rented together, giving groups the exclusive use of all the extra facilities for weekends outside of the school holidays or for full weeks during the school holidays. This is the ideal venue to celebrate a special birthday or anniversary. The Oak Cruck with its additional kitchen allows the group to dine and socialise together in style.

Other facilities
When all the cottages (see individual cottage details above) are booked together for up to 17 guests, a fully equipped additional kitchen adjacent to the Oak Cruck function room is provided allowing you to dine and socialise together. The Oak Cruck has oak tables and dining chairs, leather sofas, coffee table, table football and table tennis table. It has an adjacent cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. It provides a wonderful space to hold a celebration or meeting. |
