Located next to the 12th Century Lanercost Priory and just 400 yards from the World Heritage site of Hadrians Wall, ‘Lanercost’ is a stylish new development of six high class self catering holiday cottages – all with en-suite facilities and is ideally situated to explore the north of England and south of Scotland. Lanercost Cottages are open throughout the year and can provide a luxury base for your well deserved break.
When you visit ‘Lanercost’ you will be greeted with the very best homemade cakes and tea for a quintessentially English afternoon experience. If you are staying in our cottages why not take a break from cooking and dine in the nearby courtyard restaurant which produces a menu of delicious lunches, all made fresh to order with the very best local Cumbrian produce, much of which is available in our well stocked farm shop. Lanercost can also cater for weddings, conferences and special family events.
