This property (with easy walking access) provides perfect accommodation for a family or two couples enjoying a break. It is close to Dove House but totally private from it, and is a single storey conversion with wooden floors and rugs throughout. It has one double bedroom (5 ft bed) with en-suite bathroom/wc., and one twin room (zip and link beds) with en-suite shower/wc. The central beamed living area with wood-burning stove is wonderfully cosy in winter with French doors onto a large secure garden with patio area, and has a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, microwave, TV/video, DVD player and radio/cassette/cd player and pay as you go phone. Non-smokers only please. Swallows has proved itself extremely popular for adult groups. It works equally well for a couple alone, or two couples. It is also very successful for people with elderly parents with its easy access,the two bathrooms and its fully adjustable heating system. Many people return as there is plenty to do locally at all times of the year. NB: Swallows does not have access to Dove House swimming pool.

Designed to cater for every need of both family or adult groups at any time of the year, we feel we have achieved our aims. This spacious and comfortable property provides lavish accommodation with the added bonus of exclusive use of a fabulous heated indoor pool (30ft x 15ft, constant depth of 4ft). Ground Floor: A flagstone hallway leads into a large fully fitted kitchen (5 ring gas hob, two electric ovens, American fridge/freezer, microwave and 2 dishwashers), oak table, sofa and TV; french doors onto a sheltered south facing patio and secure garden. Utility room with semi-commercial washing machine and tumble drier. There is direct access from the house to the pool by way of a covered portico area. Also off the hallway, down four steps is the spacious sitting room with oak floor, very comfortable seating and an open fire, French doors to the garden, (TV, Video, DVD player and stereo system, with a selection of books, videos and games). Off the sitting room is a twin-bedded room with zip-together beds, and en-suite shower/wc. The first floor has two double rooms with 5ft Beds, en-suite bathroom/wc with shower attachment, TV points. 1 twin room with en-suite bath/wc. 2 twin rooms with en-suite shower/wc 1 single room with en-suite shower/wc, TV point. There are two televisions for upstairs use. Dove House is the ideal place for a special occasion holiday with its fabulous big sitting room and kitchen. We can provide a choice of two excellent caterers who have done many functions for us now, all with very good recommendations from our guests. We are also lucky enough to have a selection of really nice places to eat out for that special occasion if you prefer. Our mobile beauty therapist is also very popular if a few people feel like treating themselves!! If there are more of you then many people do take Swallows as well to make a total of 17 which has proved to work very well.
