Our luxuriously furnished cottages, in one of the county’s most scenic valleys, have the magnificent Cheviot Hills and Northumberland National Park - some of the best walking country in England - literally on the doorstep.

In this land of far horizons, you can find solitude rambling through beautiful hill country rich in Iron Age archaeology and wildlife; cycle along peaceful country lanes or enjoy a short drive on quiet roads to visit the legendary castles on Northumberland’s spectacular coastline.

We can guarantee a comfortable and relaxing holiday in a tranquil setting where you can unwind and relax, far away from the stresses of modern life.

The Cottages
Many of the properties were created from a traditional range of early 19th century farm buildings in the small hamlet of Branton and great care has been taken to preserve their original character. In addition, we have a superb range of attractive cottages built by local craftsmen, and a nearby traditional farmstead which has been converted to provide two large luxury cottages.

Country furniture and furnishings have been used throughout, and cottages have wood-burning stoves and oil-fired central heating in addition to satellite TV, DVD, CD/radio and telephone.

We also provide microwave and electric ovens, hobs, dishwashers and hair driers, and cottages also have washer/driers and fridge/freezers. Electricity, fuel and heating, linen and towels are included in the rent.
