Luxury farmhouse, minutes from the centre of York

Clock Farm House is furnished to the highest standards, five large bedrooms, all of which may be made up as superking or twin rooms. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room with underfloor heating & freeview TV. There is also a large family bathroom with separate shower, plus a further large shower room, both with underfloor heating.  Spacious fitted farmhouse kitchen with dining for 10 - 12 people, electric range oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer. Two lounges with solid oak floors, open fire, log burning stove, comfortable leather chairs and sofas, flat screen Freeview TVs, DVD, playstation, Bose wireless speaker. There is a large gated private garden facing open paddocks and farmed fields,with patio, garden furniture, barbecue and a superb Jacuzzi Hydrotheraphy Hot Tub. There is a ha-ha at the bottom of the front garden in order to keep livestock out. Whilst this provides an uninterrupted view, extra care should be taken with small children. The house has a large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, and ironing facilities. Downstairs toilet. Two high chairs, two travel cots, stair gates and a folding beds are available if required.
