Pembrokeshire in Style
In idyllic, peaceful countryside, 3 miles from the south Pembrokeshire coast, the 16th Century former farm of East Jordeston offers a cluster of luxury cottages in a chic, contemporary style.
Designed with architectural flair and sitting comfortably in landscaped grounds, the cottages sleeping from 2 to 8 guests have a clean cut, Scandinavian influence. They offer unique interesting features, open plan sociable living spaces, top quality furnishings and fittings and an atmosphere of comfort, peace and relaxation.
There are woodburners, toasty warm floors with underfloor heating and airy, chalet style bedrooms with boarded walls painted in calming colours. Guests may even find a soft, snug blanket on the sumptuous beds woven from the wool of the resident flock of rare breed Jacob sheep.
Five cottages offer the luxury of their own private Finnish saunas, some have delightful sun rooms and all have private terraces with panoramic views over rolling fields. It’s the perfect place to start the day with a fresh, sunny breakfast or to enjoy a welcome drink watching the setting sun.
Tucked away in the laid back south, East Jordeston is an ideal base from which to discover the delights of Pembrokeshire. Award winning, golden sandy beaches like Barafundle and Broad Haven South and the picturesque harbour town of Tenby are closeby with some of the most dramatic scenery of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park only a few miles away.
Impressive seabird breeding colonies can be seen at Stack Rocks and Skomer island and the glimpse of a newborn seal pup in a secluded bay is a sight to be cherished.
There are activities, attractions and adventures of all kind to experience, or if you prefer, simply slow down to the relaxed pace of life and enjoy Pembrokeshire’s peace and tranquillity.
