All Premier Cottages members subscribe to the Premier Cottages ‘Inclusive Pricing Policy’ which means there are no hidden extra charges, such as a third party booking fee, a cleaning fee, etc., giving you clarity on the price you will pay with no unexpected surprises. 

Below is a list of what a Premier Cottages member guarantees to provide guests.

 

Included in the price, at every property:

For your comfort

  • - Beds made up for arrival
  • - Property fully cleaned before arrival
  • - All bath and hand towels
  • - Soap or handwash
  • - All heating
  • - WiFi, if advertised
  • - Access to a washing machine and dryer

 

Housekeeping Essentials

  • - Loo rolls
  • - Bin liners
  • - Salt and pepper  
  • - Washing up liquid
  • - Dishcloth
  • - Tea towels
  • - Dishwasher (unless there is a clear disclosure)
  • - Dishwasher tablets
  • - Washing powder/capsules
  • - Surface cleaner
  • - Tea & coffee, sugar, milk or whitener (at least enough for drinks on arrival)

 

The following items are free of charge where they are provided:

  • - Highchair
  • - Stair gates
  • - Cots
  • - Swimming pool
  • - Electric heated hot tubs
  • - Logs/coal for woodburner or open fire
  • - Games room

It is at the Owner's discretion to include or not items, such as:

  • - Ancillary services such as:

    • - Horse riding lessons/stabling
    • - Weddings
    • - Catering
