Deep in the Scottish Borders just 20 miles from Edinburgh, Hawthorn Pod and Rowan Pods are quirky hideaways for two each with its own hot tub and barbecue.

Scolton Country Cottages, Pembrokeshire
Scolton Country Cottages are set in beautiful countryside in the heart of Pembrokeshire just a short drive from the coast and rugged Preseli Mountains. The town of Haverfordwest is also just four miles down the road.
All cottages have central heating, Freeview TV and Wi-Fi and onsite facilities include: an indoor pool, sauna and steam room. There is also direct access to the historic Scolton Manor situated next door and Carew Castle is 25-minute drive away.

Poppyland Holiday Cottages, Norfolk
Poppyland Holiday Cottages features seven cottages in the historic fishing village of Overstrand, a short stroll from sandy beaches. From here it’s easy to walk a stretch of the English Coast Path between the seaside village of Overstrand and the town of Cromer. The Path can be accessed from Overstrand cliff top. In the village is a play area, grocery store and the traditional White Horse pub.
Overstrand is close to many National Trust properties and attractions including the North Norfolk Steam Railway and The Norfolk Broads.

The beautifully converted Georgian Coach House in Norfolk is close to the village green and just a short stroll from Banningham Crown, an award-winning village pub. With a choice of beautiful beaches, the Broads and Norwich nearby, it offers the ideal location for a family break.

The Oast House, Beechcroft Sussex
Situated on a cattle breeding farm the unique Oast House has exposed timbering and a roundel, once used for drying hops, which now provides the circular sitting room and principal bedroom with en suite bathroom. The property has two further bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and dining area with sliding French windows to the south facing patio.
A great pub serving local food is a short walk away and there is a choice of farmer's markets and farm shops nearby too. Norman's Bay, the Cuckmere Haven Nature Reserve, the South Downs (offering some of the best walking and off road cycling in the country) are close by.
