Llanlliana House, Anglesey
Set in a 168 acre private estate on the North Coast of Anglesey, this large and luxurious house has direct access to the coastal path and its own private cove, making it great for winter walks.  

Ideal for a multi-generational getaway, it comes with its own bar and an oak banqueting table. There are ten individually designed bedrooms, seven of which are en suites, plus a further two bathrooms. West Woolley Farm, Cornwall
West Woolley Farm’s Grain Store is a child friendly upside-down barn conversion on an 11 acre farm in Cornwall close to six superb beaches, great local walks and excellent family-friendly local pubs.

The property has a fantastic open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area, lofty rafters and squashy sofas round a large window, which looks out to the courtyard below. Downstairs there is a cosy double bedroom with en-suite shower, twin bedroom and family bathroom. Children can feed the friendly goats and pigs, help with the chickens, ducks and sheep or burn off some energy in the play barn.

Worstead Estate, North Norfolk
Worstead Estate is a private country estate located at the heart of North Norfolk, between the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast. 

Estate Cottage and Gatehouse North, both sleeping 6, are located in Worstead Park, a 300-acre historic parkland with beautiful woodland and lakeside walks. Each has a private garden and hot tub. All properties are dog-friendly. 

Guests can explore the estate on foot, or enjoy a peaceful hack along the estate paths with Squirrel Wood Equestrian Centre. The estate produces its own tender Wagyu which guests can wash down with a delicious craft beer from Wildcraft Brewery, which uses the estate barley. Brewery tours are also available for those who wish to learn about the brewing process. 

Nearby is the stunning North Norfolk Coast, famed for its rolling, sandy beaches. Seals can be spotted at Horsey Gap, and fish and chips enjoyed on Cromer Pier. Mornacott Cottages, Devon
Set within 850 acres of the private Mornacott Estate in Devon are three cottages (two sleeping six and one eight) offering luxury self-catering accommodation in a delightfully rural, yet surprisingly conveniently located haven abutting the Exmoor National Park.

The well signposted estate walks makes it easy for guests to explore this glorious farming estate and view both the famous Exmoor Red and Roe deer amongst a plethora of other wildlife. Gitcombe House and Country Cottages offers eight family-friendly boltholes  in 14 acres of beautiful grounds close to Salcombe.
