Keepers Lodge at Luckett Farm, Devon 
Located on the edge of Exmoor in North Devon, Keepers Cottage is a gorgeous rural retreat on a farm in the village of Knowstone - newly launched for 2022.

Part of a 16th century grade II listed thatched Devon long house, this self-contained lodge has been beautifully restored and is set in 20 acres of fields with rolling hills, woodlands with a large pond.  Exposed wooden beams, an inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove plus a grand four poster bed and antique furniture are complemented by contemporary furnishings.

The Pele Tower, Cumbria
The Pele Tower is set in a beautifully restored 14th century castle in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, 20 minutes from the Lake District. A luxury property, which comes complete with ultrafast internet, battlements, mullion windows and a stone flagged ground floor, it sleeps four in two bedrooms. 

The outside space offers peace and tranquillity and the chance to spot wildlife in the stream below, infinity glass surrounds the decked platform. There is plenty to do in the area with lots of great walks straight from the door and fantastic places to eat. The Farmhouse at Wheeldon Trees, Derbyshire 
Wheeldon Trees  is an award winning cluster of cottages in one of Derbyshire’s most breath-taking valleys within the Peak District National Park. There are walks from the door and activities for everyone. Onsite is a children’s play area, an enclosed meadow for four legged friends plus a communal games room and complimentary electric bikes. 

The Farmhouse is new for 2022 and has recently undergone a complete luxury renovation. The property features a fabulous Farmhouse kitchen with granite worksurfaces, range cooker, and room for eight to dine. The beautiful lounge has two Chesterfield sofas, armchairs and a woodburning stove and there is also a cosy snug with sofa bed and bean bags plus a giant TV for movie marathons. 

Upstairs are three double bedrooms - all with room for a cot and outside is a large private garden with woodburning hot tub for six plus EV charging for electric cars. The Hyning Estate, Cumbria
Set on the edge of The Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, The Hyning Estate provides luxurious “Green” self-catering accommodation. The eight cottages have been superbly renovated using traditional materials by local craftsmen ensuring that they remain sympathetic to their 17th century origins.

New last year, the Hyning Estate's the Byre sleeps six  and is one of the most interesting and spacious properties on the Estate. It oozes charm and character yet boasts a large 21st Century "cook's kitchen" with twin sets of appliances and a generous workspace. The open plan lounge/dining area is very spacious and dominated oak beams and roof-to-floor triple-glaze windows that frame the Lakeland Fells and local Parkland. The Byre has two of its three bedrooms and a family bathroom at ground level so is accessible by those less able to tackle stairs. The cottage owners can also provide a ramp for the front door.
