Claypot Cottage, Gloucestershire

Claypot Cottage is a gorgeous Grade II listed stone cottage for five in the pretty village of Barnsley, just 40 yards from a gourmet village pub. 

In the heart of the Cotswolds, this quintessential cottage has been totally refurbished but retains bags of character with an inglenook fireplace and ancient beams as well as local artwork and a fully enclosed garden. Set in the gorgeous Devon countryside, Red Doors Farm is an idyllic retreat for all ages. The Pele Tower, Cumbria
The Pele Tower is set in a beautifully restored 14th century castle in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, 20 minutes from the Lake District. A luxury property, which comes complete with ultrafast internet, battlements, mullion windows and a stone flagged ground floor, it sleeps four in two bedrooms. 

The outside space offers peace and tranquillity and the chance to spot wildlife in the stream below, infinity glass surrounds the decked platform. There is plenty to do in the area with lots of great walks straight from the door and fantastic places to eat.
