Situated in Northumberland Scremerston Cottages are two miles south of the bustling Elizabethan market town of Berwick upon Tweed and just over one mile in walking distance from the stunning North Northumberland coast.
Guests can take a direct daily bus over to the Holy Island of Lindsfame, (tide permitting) or Alnwick Castle and Garden. Alternatively, the cottages are only a 40 minute train ride from Edinburgh Scotland’s capital and its host of attractions and Christmas Markets

Llanfendigaid Estate, Gwynedd
The Grade II* listed Llanfendigaid Estate is steeped in history and located close to the sea on one of the most attractive stretches of Welsh coastline at the southern end of the Snowdonia National Park.
On site is an indoor heated swimming pool and there is access to one of the more secluded beaches in the area. Also, nearby is the terminal of the Talyllyn Railway and Aberdyfi, with its excellent sailing, good pubs and five miles of golden sand and dunes. Closest train station: Tonfanau – 0.6 miles
Tonfanau station was built to serve an Army camp, long since closed and now just serves Llanfendigaid and a few local houses. It is on the Cambrian Coast line which goes direct to Birmingham International for the airport or changes to London.

Cossington Park, Somerset
Cossington Park is located in a pretty village on the edge of the Polden Hills and Somerset Levels. A regular bus service operates about eight times a day and goes from Bridgwater to Street, Glastonbury and Wells with a bus stop right outside Cossington’s front door.
