16/12/2020
Channel 5's adaption of All Creatures Great and Small is back with a Christmas special on 22nd December.
Based on the real-life experiences of rural vet James Herriot, it is set against the stunning backdrop of the Yorkshire Dales so its festive outing will be a source of travel inspiration for many viewers.
For those keen to visit the Dales in 2021, Premier Cottages features over 60 properties in Yorkshire with four in the Dales including: Old Oak Cottages, a cluster of eight beautifully converted barns and stables set around a landscaped courtyard on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors. Onsite are an all-weather tennis court, large heated indoor swimming pool, spa and sauna. Just four miles away in Thirsk is the James Herriot Museum and attraction, which was once a working veterinary practice. A three-night weekend break for four in February starts from £440.
