15 May 2014: Luxury cottage collection, Premier Cottages, has captured three of VisitEngland’s prestigious Awards for Excellence. Premier Cottage members won both gold and silver in the “Self Catering Holiday Provider of the Year” category plus a gold award in the Sustainable Tourism Award group.
Since 2005, the collection has dominated the self catering category of the awards with members winning ten gold awards and also scooping eight silver and bronze awards and six awards in the sustainable and accessible categories, an unique achievement in self catering.
Trevase Cottages in Heredfordshire won the self-catering gold award this year.

The awards, celebrating their silver jubilee this year, were presented at a glittering ceremony hosted by the national tourist board at The Jockey Club, Cheltenham Racecourse this week. The full list of winners can be found at www.visitenglandawards.org

The judging panel awarded 15 Gold Awards, 16 Silver Awards and 15 Bronze Awards and 30 Highly Commended winners selected from a total of 368 entries from areas spanning the length and breadth of England.
