This delightful beach side property offers a place for families, couples and friends to escape to the seaside and embrace coastal life. Wake up to beautiful views, while away the days embracing beach life, exploring the coastal walks of Cardigan Bay, duck and dive between the waves, hire a paddle board, kayak or take a surf lesson, before retreating to the cosy house for al fresco dinners. It doesn't get much better than this.

With its perfect location to the left of your front door you will find the beach and to the right you can access the coastal path to explore on foot the views of Cardigan Bay leading to Tresaith Beach where you will find a stunning natural waterfall.

Also within walking distance you have the amenities of Aberporth including, local shop, pub, Cafés and children’s play area.

Ground Floor; hallway, lounge, kitchen/dining room with washing machine, dishwasher and downstairs WC. Garden with barbecue, seating area and outdoor shower.

2nd Floor; master double bedroom with sea view and en suite bathroom

Meet the owner

Katie and Richard Thomas

We first discovered Aberporth over 10 years ago and we can honestly say it has our heart. The community, the people, the wildlife, the water sports, the dolphins and the sea air, it’s a place we now fondly call a home from home. We are delighted to open the doors of 2, Headland Place so others can experience Aberporth, Cardigan Bay and its surrounding areas. We took ownership of the property at the start of 2021 and we have lovingly refurbished the house throughout. We wanted to create a relaxing coastal retreat that was family friendly in a prime location with sea views and a beach side location.
