To meet the needs of our customers, this barn is fully accessible designed to the highest VisitEngland accessibility standards. Including ample space for wheelchair access in all rooms, lowered hob, wheel-under sinks and hide and slide ovens for an effortless stay. We have designed in a generous turning circle and transfer space for wheelchairs in the accessible wet room, alongside sturdy grab rails and a continuous tiled floor.
You will find the cottage well equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave and espresso machine. For the keen cook our kitchens are equipped to cook everything from a barbecue to a cake.
The 4m x 5m bedroom works either as a twin or a super king, with raised beds to allow for a travel hoist if required.
We welcome up to 3 dogs, the cottage has a dog proof raised garden looking out in to woodland and abundant wildflowers at tree top level. Equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. With meat from the farm available in the village.

Rutland Water offers great off-road cycling, as well as walking, climbing and other water-sports from open water swimming, through kayaking and windsurfing to sailing. Why not hire our e-bikes to allow you to explore further a field, with up to 75 miles of range it is a great way to see the wonderful landscape.
With the Market towns of Uppingham, Oakham, Melton Mowbray, Stamford and Oundle within 20 mins drive there are lots of places to explore and shop, as well as majestic architecture and rich culture.
Country houses in the area are abundant, Burghley, Belton, Grimsthorpe, Boughton Lamport and Althorp are all within striking distance, as well as some lesser known but equally interesting spots like Fotheringhay where Mary Queen of Scots was executed.
