In summer many the outdoor pursuits are on offer. Walking, running, watersports, tennis, exploring beautiful Cotswold villages … to name just a few … and then there’s just lazing by the pool before an evening barbecue.
In all seasons, enjoy our sundeck – after dark on a clear night, many guests enjoy the starry skies. We have some of the darkest skies in southern England.
The cottage is at the end of a stone pathway, in a quiet and secluded location away from the Estate’s internal roads, yet within a few minutes’ walk of the Activity Hub and Pilates centre, the lakes, nature trails and the LME Spa, The Cotswolds or simply enjoying time together for a Cotswold Spa Break. We have paintings of the cottage shared with us by artists who have stayed and a number of books have been written at our holiday home from those enjoying retreat time.
Cornerstone has a wide south-facing sundeck at the rear of the property, overlooking the beautiful Mill Village water garden, which is accessed through the living room’s French windows or via a wooden side gate. Dining for 8 (+high chair). A recently refitted generously-equipped kitchen, appreciated by private chefs and guests alike (we specified the kitchen for our own entertaining).
Inside the cottage you will find a cosy and contemporary feel featuring an open plan living/dining area with woodburner and four bedrooms which includes two master rooms each with en-suite bathroom and balcony. A travel cot and high chair are also available.
