The Hawthorn Pod is filled with high-tech comforts but opens straight into acres of countryside to relax in. The king-size bed is made up for your arrival and you can create your own romantic haven with the mood lighting and sound system. Enjoy the benefits of electric underfloor heating, air conditioning and double glazing.
There is also small kitchen with toaster, grill/microwave, induction hob with 2 rings, small fridge, kettle and cafetiere, and of course the barbecue outside for al fresco cooking!
The wet room has chrome and ceramic fittings, wash hand basin, mirror, wall hung toilet and mains pressure shower. Toiletries, towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided.
Outside is your very own hot tub, seating area with table and chairs, barbecue and parking ( with an car charging point).
Toast each other with cocktails in the hot tub or cosy up in your double bed and watch the endless stars though the porthole window, whatever you do you will have peace and tranquillity here at Airpods.
There are acres and acres of organic farmland, fenced walks and many animals to talk to including our alpacas, donkeys, goats, geese and Shetland ponies. In the distance are the soft green peaks of the Lammermuir Hills.
Set deep in the gorgeous Scottish Borders yet just 20 miles south of Edinburgh, we are ideally placed for exploring both the Scottish Borders with its history, market towns, abbeys and castles as well as Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Loch Lomond and The Trossachs. We also have Museums, Abbeys, Beaches, Walks, Golf, Fishing, Food Trails, Farmers Markets, Quirky shops, Edinburgh Zoo, Mountain Biking, Cycling, great Festivals and so much all on the doorstep.
Our onsite Farm Shop stocks local produce, high quality ready made meals, ice cream, cheeses, olives, oil, essentials, plus wool from our Alpacas and Llama. Nearly everything in the shop is Gluten Free.
