Just steps away from Tenby’s award winning Blue Flag beach and a short stroll from the town centre with its variety of shops restaurants, cafes, pubs and wine bars, Tan Y Ffordd is a luxurious garden apartment accommodating up to 5/6 guests in a master bedroom (en suite), a double bedroom and a single bedroom, making it a perfect family and friends apartment. The single bedroom has a futon bunk bed making it an ideal separate lounge for the kids during the day and providing a 6th bed at night.

Situated on the lower ground floor of a newly renovated apartment building, accommodation in the property consists of an entrance hallway which leads through to a utility area with washer dryer and access to the rear garden. To the front is a fully fitted open plan kitchen, dining and living space, equipped with all of the usual utensils and facilities, including an electric oven with hob, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, dining area, lounge area with flat screen TV with Freeview channels and DVD, and wireless speaker. Both the main bathroom and en suite benefit from large walk-in showers with underfloor heating.

A range of additional luxury design features include free WiFi and TV’s/DVD’s in all bedrooms. The outside space consist of an enclosed rear garden and covered patio area, BBQ and outdoor seating, perfect for outside dining and relaxation after a long day exploring the wonders of Pembrokeshire.

Tenby South Beach is just 50 yards away, rise early to catch the sun rise or relax on one of the many benches to see the sun set. Walk towards North Beach or the town centre and you will find numerous places to sit and relax overlooking the sea or harbour, only minutes from the hustle and bustle of the boutique shops, lovely cafes and pubs selling locally crafted food, drinks and goods. From the garden you'll find yourself close enough to hear the sea but out of sight of the crowds who wander this wonderful seaside town.

Tenby Ironman and Tenby Events

You couldn't find a better location! For Ironman Wales Tan Y Fordd is slap bang in the middle of the finish line and the transition car park. Walk 50 yards towards the beach and you'll find the finish line and walk 50 yards in the other direction and you'll find the transition car park. A perfect location for pre race preparation and post race recovery whether you're entering or spectating.

Car Parking

There is some free parking on about half of Victoria Street itself but we cannot make any guarantees about finding a space unfortunately. Alternatively there is a pay and display car park less than 70 yards away at the end of the road called Rectory Car Park. This costs between £5-£7 per 24 hours depending on the time of year. There are cheaper council owned car parks from £1-£3 per day but these are about a 3-10 minute walk away.

N.B. The property may not be suitable for people with restricted mobility. There are 12 steps down with a hand rail to the front door of the apartment from the pavement. There are also 6 steps up to the rear private garden.
