An idyllic luxury cottage especially for two

The luxury cottage has been built with traditional local materials including granite and slate. Inside the light and airy classic open beamed accommodation you’ll appreciate the fine craftsmanship in the spacious, modern surroundings.

Enjoy the contemporary lifestyle; a king-size bed awaits you and the bathroom is quite luxurious. The stunning open plan living areas with state of the art kitchen are beautiful and to add to your comfort there is underfloor heating and double-glazing. The cottage aims to feature everything you need for a fabulous holiday.

Relax in a spacious living/dining area, or open the patio door to the private walled garden boasting sun loungers and a barbecue. When evening draws in you can sink into the sofa, switch on the large flatscreen TV, DVD or stereo and make yourself cosy by the wood-effect cast iron burner. Or, let your inner chef loose in the stylish, contemporary Ash kitchen, with granite worktops and all modern appliances including a ceramic hob, split level oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The luxurious bathroom is meticulously designed; unwind in the large shower or double-ended deep bath. The bedroom is bliss – a king-size bed, stylish furniture and a glazed door leading to the sheltered patio (perfect for al fresco dining in the summer). Plus there’s no shortage of creature comforts including TV, stereo, hairdryer etc.

Tucked away in the corner of the garden yet still in full afternoon glory or under the amazing display of the moon and stars at night there is a hot tub just waiting for you to relax and enjoy a very special moment.

We clean and care for the property ourselves to ensure the very highest standards for your enjoyment. For the comfort of all guests we have a non-smoking policy and we are unable to accommodate pets other than guide dogs by prior arrangement.

There is ample off road parking within the grounds of Boskenna cottage. Also available at Boskenna is the Shepherd's Hut.

Meet the owners of Boskenna Cottage

Julia Hosking

Godfrey was born and bred at Boskenna - a true Cornishman and farmer. Julia moved to Cornwall many years ago and is almost Cornish. We have been farming and offering holiday accommodation to our guest's for over 25 years. We farm 200 acres organically and we breed pedigree South Devon cattle, for many months of the year these are grazing our pastures as you drive down the farm lane, so stop and say hello, they are very friendly. Our cottage used to be the bull pen and tractor shed - new homes for both of these now. We love our part of Cornwall, in fact we love Cornwall, so when you are here we will be delighted to share our local knowledge with you.
