Stone built Ceolwulph Cottage sits in a peaceful location.

The ground floor with solid oak flooring has a cosy living room with comfy sofas, 4K smart TV, soundbar, Blu-ray player, coal effect gas fire and a downstairs cloakroom/WC.

The open plan kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, SMEG oven, fridge and freezer and is fully equipped. The adjacent open plan dining area, with oak table and chairs, features a Cambridge audio music system with bluetooth connectivity and 30 pin docking station, toy cupboard and double doors opening up to the cosy lounge as well as patio doors through to the large conservatory with views onto the pretty enclosed, lawned and fenced garden.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen TV with an integrated DVD and a large en suite shower room with WC and handbasin. A twin room that can be set up as a super king bed (upon request) and a further single bedroom and a family bathroom with power shower over the whirlpool bath. Luxury toiletries, luxury mattresses and bedlinen and a welcome pack are provided.

Private parking for two cars. A third car can be parked nearby.
