The 8 ft long refectory table under the gallery - originally from a girls boarding school - is a fabulous place to gather round, enjoy a meal together reminiscing about your day out or making more holiday plans! The kitchen is superbly equipped with an integrated fridge/freezer, fan-assisted double electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, 4 slot toaster, sabatier knives, from the breakfast table look out through sunny glass doors onto the well kept green watching the doves fly in and around the dovecot. The large family bathroom has a lovely big double roll top cast iron bath and separate walk in rainfall shower, loo and hand basin. With mood lighting and music speakers this is just the place to tip in the bubbles, open a bottle of bubbly and soak away those stresses and strains.
Outside the private enclosed garden – mainly laid to lawn is often used for croquet. Children adore playing in the organic willow wigwam. For al-fresco dining there is a covered flagstone patio, originally a hay barn, this area has a gas barbecue, tables, chairs and a dresser. With lighting and electric points and breathtaking views just a lovely place for an impromptu party.
