Romantic 5 star cottage in beautiful West Wales

Gellideg, on the borders of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, and Pembrokeshire, is a traditional Welsh cottage full of warmth and character. With glorious countryside on the doorstep and Cardigan Bay just a short drive away, this pretty cottage is the ideal base from which to explore West Wales, or just to relax and unwind.

Curl up in front of the log fire, cook, eat and be sociable in the large country kitchen, or escape into the garden and listen to the birds. However you choose to spend your time, you will feel instantly at home at Gellideg ('Warm Grove'). Upstairs, the master bedroom has its own private balcony, the perfect spot for an al fresco breakfast whilst enjoying the views, or stargazing with a nightcap. The single/twin bedroom with vaulted ceiling and en suite bathroom is a peaceful, cosy space for children or adults.

Venturing out, there is so much to see and do, with the river Teifi 5 minutes away and no less than 8 beautiful beaches within a 30 minute drive. Potter around Cardigan or Newcastle Emlyn, visit the local woollen mills, scale the towers of Cilgerran Castle, or stride out on the coastal path. You may even spot a bottlenose dolphin or a grey seal. And after all that fresh air, the wonderful silence at Gellideg will ensure that you sleep soundly.
