Luxury cottage for two with hot tub

Harper's Cottage is a newly renovated 5* Gold property that overlooks the Lynher Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. It's all on one level so easy to get about and has a lovely conservatory with super views and underfloor heating.

The living room has a slate floor, oak beams and columns and is furnished with Oka sofa, a beautiful leather winged armchair, Chinese cabinet, original artwork, writing desk and a large modern flat screen TV.

The kitchen will seat 4 easily and has all new appliances including a large American fridge/freezer with ice maker.

The patio and garden are large and there is a Weber barbecue too.

Access to the moors via Tavistock is a 25 minute journey and its about the same time to get down to the south coast to Looe, Fowey and Polperro.

Plenty of local pubs too and we've listed these with instructions on how to find them on our website.

Richard and Ute McHowat

That's us, Richard and Ute, on a visit to one of our favourite charities - Animal Aid Unlimited in Udaipur in India. We have always loved dogs and we have six ourselves - five working Flatcoated Retrievers and a Parson terrier who is likely to greet you when you get here. We used to own Devon Country Barns in Lifton, also a Premier member, and have recently moved to Cornwall where we have just built Harper's Cottage. We hope you'll enjoy staying with us - we've tried to think of everything you and your dog/s will need (if you're bringing any) and are never far away if you want some help with anything.
