Converted barn in the grounds of High Green Farm

This fully central heated cottage is a perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. It comprises of three spacious bedrooms on the ground floor along with a utility room and a separate toilet. The en suite to the double room has a bath with shower over, whilst the two twin rooms both have shower enclosures. Stairs from the hall lead up to an open plan living area with the dining and kitchen to one end and the lounge area at the other with views toward Wath and Gouthwaite Reservoir.

Exceptional pubs and restaurants are within easy reach. The Sportsmans Arms is half a mile away in Wath and the Michelin starred Yorke Arms at Ramsgill is four miles further along Nidderdale past Gouthwaite Reservoir. Whilst High Green is just a mile outside the historic market town of Pateley Bridge.

Nidderdale alone offers a wealth of activities from Ripley Castle to Scar House Reservoir. Perfect for walkers and cyclists along with outdoor adventure at How Stean Gorge and for younger guests, Studfold Farm Trail.

The welcome basket includes eggs from our own free range hens while they continue to oblige!
