Spacious luxury holiday cottage in Sussex

Kingshoath Cottage is a charming Grade II listed cottage, accommodating up to 8 guests. This luxury holiday cottage offers versatile accommodation with a warm, homely and rustic atmosphere. Oak beams throughout and many original features add character to the cottage.

There is a large comfortable lounge with open log fire, a separate dining room with an adjoining small sitting room, a fitted country kitchen, study c/w library, utility room, two bathrooms and four bedrooms one with large four poster bed (another double and two twins).

Explore the the glorious golden beach of Camber Sands, with its sandy dunes and interesting wildlife. Or just unwind in the large enclosed garden with a barbecue, children's swing, garden toys. Within a short walk from the cottage is a traditional English country pub (Rose & Crown) which serves home-cooked food in a local country atmosphere. There's also a tennis court nearby.

Meet the owner

Carol Speed

Welcome, we are the owners - Ian and Carol, we completely renovated the cottage in 2001 and continued to ever since. The original part of the cottage dates approx 1650 and has been added to over the years. It is our sanctuary and enjoy both what it has to offer and the conservation area it is located in. We strive to ensure our guests enjoy our cottage too. If we can help with any advice please just ask and we will endeavour to assist.
