Henver is a beautiful barn conversion which has views over an attractive landscaped courtyard. There is a private garden to the north and west of Henver with paved terrace, quality garden furniture and secure fencing. The Cottage also has private south facing courtyard.
The single storey accommodation at Henver comprises an oak floored open plan sitting room/dining room, kitchen, double bedroom and twin bedrooms with a family bathroom.
The sitting/dining room has a woodburning stove, subtle lighting and high quality soft furnishings, 42 inch flat screen digital TV with DVD player and stereo system with iPod docking station. Quality books DVD's and games are also provided.
The traditional painted kitchen has oak worktops and a slate floor and has been comprehensively equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, combined washer dryer, double oven and all conceivable cookware, crockery, glassware, cook books etc.
There is a double bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The family bathroom has traditional sanitary ware, bath with shower over.
An additional folding guest bed can be provided by request at an additional charge of £50 per week.
Henver has full central heating and towels and linen are provided. All electricity and heating including logs are included in the tariff, together with a welcome pack and complimentary toiletries. Wireless internet broadband is available.
There is a children’s play area located in the grounds and a covered store for bicycles. Complimentary fishing is also available on the River Camel within half a mile of Loskeyle along a 1.2km stretch (subject to season and availability).
A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement and at an additional charge of £30 per dog per week or part thereof.
Smoking within the house is not permitted.
