Menhenick is a beautiful 2 storey barn conversion which has views over a private garden to the north and east with paved terrace, quality garden furniture and secure fencing.
The two storey accommodation at Menhenick comprises an oak floored open plan sitting room/dining room, kitchen, utility room, ground floor twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom with a family bathroom at first floor level.
The large sitting/dining room has a woodburning stove, subtle lighting and high quality soft furnishings, 50 inch flat screen digital TV with DVD player and stereo system with iPod docking station. Quality books DVD's and games are also provided.
The traditional painted kitchen has marble worktops and a slate floor and has been comprehensively equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, double oven and all conceivable cookware, crockery, glassware, cook books etc. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer leads off from the kitchen. The kitchen has a large oak topped central island unit with chairs for informal dining or entertaining.
First floor accommodation comprises a double bedroom with super king bed, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The family bathroom has traditional sanitary ware, bath with shower over.
An additional folding guest bed can be provided by request at an additional charge of £50 per week.
Menhenick has full central heating and towels and linen are provided. All electricity and heating including logs are included in the tariff, together with a welcome pack and complimentary toiletries. Wireless internet broadband is available.
There is a children’s play area located in the grounds and a covered store for bicycles. Complimentary fishing is also available on the River Camel within half a mile of Loskeyle along a 1.2km stretch (subject to season and availability).
A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement and at an additional charge of £30 per dog per week or part thereof.
Smoking within the house is not permitted.
