Headland Cottage is a luxury refurbishment of a 18th century Fisherman’s’ house offering all the character and facilities that you could wish for from an idyllic holiday cottage in West Wales. The décor is in keeping with the nautical history of the property with three comfortable and stylish bedrooms, beautiful new bathrooms, high-spec kitchen with dining area and a compact outdoor kitchen built into an exquisite outdoor terrace overlooking the secret cove to the rear of the property. From the front of the property you have direct access to the beach and wonderful views of the two blue-flag, award winning beaches at Aberporth. In fact Headland Cottage has front-line sea views from every main window in the house both front and back so if you are lucky you can watch the dolphins play from your bathroom! This dog friendly property also has a contained front terrace area complete with an outdoor shower.

I fell in love with West Wales and moved to Cardigan in 2013, started to learn Welsh and then in 2015 I purchased Sherwood House and in 2018 Headland Cottage. The properties are located in spectacular locations, with front-line views to either Estuary or Sea views and both needing total renovation. I have designed open plan kitchens to take full advantage of their views and unique positions, luxury bathrooms, designer wallpapers and fabrics. I pride myself on welcoming my guests personally and as I live locally I can be on hand if you need anything during your stay. I am here to help you to discover the beauty spots, family (and dog) friendly attractions, and local cultural events. Alternatively if you just want to relax and go absolutely no-where, both properties have an outdoor kitchen and spaces to relax providing the perfect retreat.
