West side of The Roseland Peninsula, peaceful and tranquil

Winner of 2010 and 2011 Cornwall Tourism Awards "Best Small Self Catering Establishment of the Year" and "Winner of Winners" 2010.

Discover Roundhouse Barns - two stunningly converted 17th century Cornish stone barns - tucked away in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on The Roseland Peninsula. All our 5 Star barns were refurbished in 2010 - underfloor heating in bathrooms, high pressure showers, roll-top baths, granite worktops in kitchens with microwaves and dishwashers, and oak floors in lounges and bedrooms.

Come and share the peace and tranquility that we've discovered in our exclusively for adults, hideaway.

We are surrounded by National Trust land and overlooked by nothing other than rolling hills. From the top of our winding driveway, there are magificent views across the Fal estuary towards Loe beach and Trelissick House and gardens.

We're close to the most beautiful parts of the South West Coast Path, the yachting mecca of St Mawes, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the National Maritime Museum. We're also only an hour's drive from Padstow, St Ives and St Michael's Mount.

We're delighted to announce that our Self Catering Cottages were voted runner-up in by Visit England in their 2012 Excellence Awards.

Meet the owner

Barbara or Mark Sadler

Hi, I'm Barbara and with my husband Mark, we're proud to own and run Roundhouse Barn Holidays. We acquired the business in 2007 and set about modernising our cottages to provide some of the most luxurious self catering accommodation in Cornwall. Our cottages are exclusively for adults. We're passionate about our business and proud of the county, regional and national awards that we've won. I look after our business on a daily basis and also serve as a local Parish Councillor. Mark works away from home during the week for an IT company but can't wait to get home at weekends to relax, unwind and to meet/entertain our guests. We hope that we can welcome you to Roundhouse Barns shortly.
