Valley View barn (M3, H2 and V1), originally used for lambing and calving, has been recently converted by highly skilled craftsmen to seamlessly integrate ancient and modern to ensure a comfortable and restful stay. It is all on the ground floor allowing for high ceilings with an abundance of natural light.
The lofty en suite bedroom has two large single beds, which can be zipped together if required. Wake up refreshed to views over the Garron Valley and the newly planted rockery and a large lawn. The large wetroom’s power shower will de-stress you and set you up for the day. The handmade kitchen has modern appliances and a large worktop, ideal for keen cooks.
Inside there is a wealth of oak with hardwood ‘Altro’ non slip flooring with underfloor heating. Sit back, relax and unwind with your favourite programmes on the HD Smart TV with Freeview, or watch a movie on the Blu-ray player, or just listen to some music on the Stereo with iPod dock. And if you want to make your friends know, upload your holiday pictures using our free WiFi.
Once outside there is a choice of two patio areas, one in its own private corner, which is easily wheelchair accessible, with superb views from which you can watch birds of prey searching for their dinner. The second patio is South facing, catching the afternoon sun. This provides another chance to relax in the peace and quiet of our secluded location with a drink, dine al-fresco or have a BBQ next to the fragrant rockery plants.
Sheep and cattle graze peacefully on the slopes of the valley, birds soar on the thermals, there is a rookery in the mature trees near the river. Little has changed for hundreds of years, ideal for relaxing and re-charging your batteries.
Access to Valley View is from the adjacent compacted gravel drive. Cars can be parked next to the Cottage. Valley View can be interlinked with Bramble’s Barn which is on the same level/.
For less-able guests your stay is sure to be stress free as was designed in conjunction with the NAS (National Accessibility Scheme} and is M3, H2 and V1. The bedroom has an electric rise and fall dressing table. There is a wheelchair accessible wardrobe, bedside lights are touch controlled, and the skylight has electrically controlled blind. The en suite wet room has right and left entry shower toilet, a wheel-in shower with electrically adjustable sink and mirror. The kitchen has an electrically controlled rise and fall worktop, along with hob and sink, ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking. The wheelchair accessible patio with table and seating is on level sandstone slabs.

The self catering holiday cottage can be inter-linked with Bramble's Barn, which can be linked to Cider Cottage, so parties up to 8 can be accommodated.
