Comfort fun and style for 22 guests

Ideal for family celebrations or friends' get-togethers, Lilycombe Farm can sleep 22 people in 11 very comfortable double or twin bedrooms. The three cottages each have their own private space but are accessible to each other.

Lilycombe Farm is in a lovely country setting within the Mendip Hills, but it is only 1/2 hour from Bath. There is lots to do at Lilycombe, with its lovely 15 metre pool as well as a cinema and games room. The walks are fabulous too and some include a pub stop. You can book to unwind with a therapist in the treatment room. There is a good choice of pubs and restaurants for eating out or you can dine in with a private chef. Well equipped kitchens, log fires, big comfy beds, smart TVs, outside spaces and lots of interesting places and activities to explore.

For groups that include less mobile guests, there are 3 rooms altogether with level access and no steps, with wet rooms en suite for easier access.

If you are driving, London and the Midlands are about 2 1/2 hours. Trains a bit less (Bristol Temple Meads, Bath Spa or Castle Cary). Bristol airport is 35 minutes by car. The listings for each cottage will give further details and floorplans and the owners will be happy to answer your questions.

Meet the owner

Jane or Richard Clayton

The traditional stone farm buildings at Lilycombe Farm have been carefully restored by owners Jane and Richard Clayton, ensuring that their essential Mendip character has not been lost. Jane and Richard have an interior design business and their design skills are reflected in the quality of the interior furnishings within the properties. They live in the farmhouse, which is not far from the three cottages, but each property is private and self-contained.
