The property has an upside-down layout, sleeping 4, with both bedrooms on the ground floor, each with full en suite, first floor open plan kitchen/diner/living plus cosy mezzanine level.

Dogs are very welcome and are provided with doggy welcome treats, basket, bucket, sponge, shampoo, towel, outside tap and dog waste bin.
The lovely village of Ravenstonedale is a 5 minute drive or 20-25 minute walk and has two excellent dog friendly pubs including the 2023 Top 50 UK Gastropub The Black Swan. The nearby town of Kirkby Stephen is just a short drive and we are also within easy reach of the Lake District and wider Yorkshire Dales too - although there are plenty of walks and bike rides straight from the door.
