A lovingly restored historic country 1703 house in the charming town of Dalkeith, just outside Edinburgh. Full concierge service available and weekly housekeeping included. The House is a perfect place for families and friends to spend time together for rest, rejuvenation and celebrating, this luxury home boasts beautiful gardens, an outdoor swim spa and stylish interiors.

For a large group of family or friends looking for somewhere extra special to relax. This country house surrounded by The River Esk is perfect.

Look forward to complete privacy amongst 3.5 acres of beautiful grounds, your beloved four legged members of the family are welcome too, with dog sitting services available.

There’s a feeling of being in the countryside, yet Dalkeith’s pubs, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Visit the amazing Dalkeith Country Park, enjoy an exclusive tour of Dalkeith Palace.

Visit The Restoration, fabulous café, restaurant and retail experience. Wellness classes also available. For younger or adventurous guests , Go Ape is a must and Fort Douglas will tire out the most energetic young ones.

The house dates to 1703 and was lovingly restored with exquisite attention to detail. Historic heritage blends effortlessly with a host of opulent additions including a fantastic outdoor terrace with swim spa. To make your stay even more luxurious. Hypnos beds provide a superb nights sleep with feather duvets and crisp white linen. Robes and spa towels are provided for using the spa, which is available all year round.

Private Dining provided by our amazing chef Jesse, your wish is his command. Jesse can prepare drop off meals pre-arranged or create a delicious a la carte dinner all served in The Orangery.

Grocery orders be can met and packed away, order wines from our local wine merchant and we will chill and have ready for your arrival.
