Mulberry Cottage is one of the final outbuildings at the farm estate to have been developed into holiday accomodation. It offers beautiful, uninterrupted views across the Harwood Dale and also benefits from its own south facing walled garden. Mulberry cottage has been meticulously renovated, blending modern conveniences whilst maintaining the character of the building. With space for 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, Mulberry Cottage is the perfect place for a getaway with family and friends.Pets are also very welcome. Mulberry cottage is great for spending time outdoors as it has a private hot tub, lawn, outdoor seating for 6 and a weber barbecue. It is equally as well equipped for winter stays with a cosy log burner and underfloor heating throughout. There’s a separate children’s play area, amenity field and games room on-site and access to nearby woodland. Private parking is available at the property as well as access to EV Charging Points if required. There’s lots to do in this charming corner of the country, known as The North Yorkshire and Cleveland Heritage Coast. You’re perfectly located to explore the seaside towns of Scarborough, Whitby and Filey, as well as the higgledy-piggledy village of Robin Hood’s Bay, where you can stroll along sandy seashores, spot seals or even pay a visit to the grave of Bram Stoker’s Dracula atop Whitby’s abbey ruins. The nearby North Yorks Moors are renowned as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offer tail-wag worth walks in abundance.
